What Isonke collects, and why.

Isonke is the responsible party for the personal information described here, under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Isonke's co-founders are Ntandoyenkosi Mpofu and Cleymand Mgiba.

Website use

When you use isonke.com, we record which pages you open and which buttons you click, a random session ID kept in your browser tab, the campaign tags in the link you followed, and a one-way hash of your IP address that changes every day. We use this to see which pages and outreach work. We set no cookies and use no third-party analytics.

Calculator results

When you save a calculator result, we record your name, company, work email, WhatsApp number, calculator inputs and outputs, diagnostic answers, consent, and campaign tags. We use this to keep your result and to contact you about it and about Isonke's reconciliation service.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com, which handles your booking details under its own privacy policy. We use them to hold the call and follow up.

Client records

Records you send for a reconciliation are covered by an NDA signed before you send them. We process any personal information in them on your behalf, only for the reconciliation and its thirty-day review.

Storage and access

The website runs on Vercel. Calculator results and site usage records are stored in Isonke's Supabase database in the European Union (Ireland), which has data-protection law comparable to POPIA. Nothing is publicly readable. Only people working on Isonke who need the information can access it.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, normally 12 months. Section 14 of POPIA lets us keep it longer only where a law requires or allows it, where we need it for a lawful business purpose, where a contract requires it, or where you agree. After that we delete it. Test submissions are marked separately.

Your rights

You may ask Isonke to show you, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Send your request on WhatsApp and give the email address you used. You may also complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

Important limitation

The calculator prices a threshold supplied by you. It does not establish a loss, theft, supplier liability or recoverable amount, and it is not an audit.
